Description:test
Developmental language disorders (DLD) and dyslexia overlap about 50 percent of the time, but each can also occur on its own. These different profiles have important implications for planning individualized interventions. In this two-hour webinar recording, Dr. Nickola Nelson, first author of the TILLS® and the SLS, helps language and literacy professionals build confidence in differential diagnosis and individualized intervention. She provides exercises in scoring TILLS subtests, interpreting profiles with the quadrant model, and using SLS input from parents and teachers. Case examples show how these results can guide decisions about the best pathways for intervention, including choices about content, contexts, and activities.
